We contract with a third-party “National Injury Claimline Limited” (NICL) who manage our telephony and contact forms. Such calls and online enquiries are directly routed to NICL who may record such calls and communications for training and monitoring purposes. NICL may also disclose your personal information to their panel solicitors with your consent.
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
